Diana is super sweet! She made sure to explain my entire policy to me, and helped find the right type of coverage. She made the process so easy. Any time she mailed something, she'd call and let me know to expect it. If there were any kind of changes, she called to let me know. She was great at keeping in contact. It made me feel like I was more than just another customer. I would strongly recommend her just because of the ease and friendliness.

I switched to Farmer's recently for home insurance coverage and I could not be happier with another agent than Diana. She made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. Plus I have more coverage for less money. Truly as professional as they come, Diana is representing a company that I hope to be a customer of for a long time.

I came here to get my fingerprints done for a federal background check. This is Farmers Insurance but the also provide IdentGo fingerprinting. There is no parking up front! Just make a right on 6th Street and make another right into the alley and there is plenty of parking in the back😊. They were done quick 5 minutes.

Please DO NOT work with this "agent" Diana, she is very disrespectful, rude and has a horrible attitude towards the customers. If I could give her ZERO stars I would.
