Dick's Canby Ford Service

This place is TRASH. Take your money elsewhere. The salesman are good at making promises, but not following up. Cleary this is an issue because they are really good at screening phone calls and never returning messages. They even thought I was someone else, we had a similar issue. If you want to deal with someone completely incompetent ask for Jake, the tall overweight guy that has no idea what he is doing, but will lie to sign a sale. The managers aren't any better. Some simple business advice...... return phone calls and do what you say you will do.

I do not recommend this service department to anyone nor will we ever return. We took our 2017 F150 in for the timing chains to be replaced. The 1-2 day service turned into 4 after they broke the manifold bolt while doing the repair. It took multiple phone calls and attempts to pick up the truck because of lack of communication from their service advisor. Once we picked up the truck, we noticed the truck was significantly smoking. The service tech left the dipstick out so oil was splashing all over the engine bay. Canby Ford was notified of this and we were told to bring the truck back in to “make it right to us”. Unfortunately, within 2 days, our vehicle lost all power and was inoperable. Service was horrible. The service rep was extremely rude. To make matters worse, they called and told me my truck was ready to be picked up after having a basic service completed with fluids changed, etc. However, when I got there had to wait three additional hours in the waiting room. Talk about a nightmare. It gets even worse, They put a significant scratch in the passenger side door of my brand new F250 truck. I will NEVER take my vehicles there again. Please use caution when thinking about taking your car to Canby Ford for service work.

Do not buy from this place! Worst costumer service ever. Purchased the 2022 Silver Edge that is on website right now (they've had it in shop since 6/19 and this was the 3rd time having to take it in.). Had it for 2& 1/2 mnths, nothing but problems. They had it in the shop for most of that time! After fighting back and forth for weeks, I finally got my money back and bought at another dealership. These guy's are rude, disrespectful and never know what's going on. Save your time and $, go somewhere else.

Called them up and had an appointment exactly when we needed it. Maintenance on the vehicle. Love going to this dealership. The employees are top notch. Keep it up. Happy customers here
