I had direct and traded in my car for a Hyundai. They will not insure my car. They say it's at a high risk for being stolen. Thank goodness I found a wonderful agent with Progressive. Direct was rude, unprofessional and cost me 300 dollars for the switch. Horrible customer service. No follow up.
