Dirty Ducks Soap and Suds

Got a wash and the dryer didn't come on to dry my vehicle. So now driving with a soaking wet car. Came to tell office but it's closed. Love how they reply to a two year old review claiming I didn’t spend enough money for the dryer to come on. That’s diabolical. You are a terrible business owner. I bought the top tier wash that day. If it were just a few dollars that I spent I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to review you. Your facility is trash and clearly has issues according to the other reviews that caused a 1 star average. Good day lol

Spent $4 just to use the wax and there was no wax , waisted $4. Update lowering to 1 star as the owner replied to their lack of service and ability to maintain a sufficient amount of product which given their overall average of 1.4 stars seems to be on par with there daily runnings by call me Karen while funny. Is completely unprofessional. And not to mention the wrong gender. In conclusion maybe they put more effort into there business practices instead of not very witty insults.

After waiting 20min. I went to go use a stall and the machine would not take my card. I even tried a second card and it would not work. Machines need to be fixed or replaced. Will not go back

Went through the autowash & came out full of soap, had to pay again to go rinse off my car 🙃

Save your money! The $12 “wash” did not clean my car in the slightest
