I bought two batteries in January 2025 from these guys with a two year warranty. When I purchased the batteries, I explained very clearly that they were being used in an industrial/commercial environment with high heat and extremely cold climates. They assured me the warranty would cover those conditions. Fast forward to this year, and the batteries were giving us problems and subsequently went bad over the winter. We brought the batteries back with the original receipt for a warranty exchange, but they would not honor the warranty- noting that the environment they were used in would void the warranty- even though we specifically had this conversation when I purchased them. FIVE STARS Before I drove from Shelbyville, TN to Murfreesboro, TN I called them like three times to ask questions. Every time they were extremely nice while answering all of my questions with great patience. When I got there today to buy a car battery they had exactly what they told me they did on the phone. And it was exactly the same price. The young man installed my battery in my car BEFORE he rang me up. The whole transaction, installation and all took less than ten minutes, saved me $100 on the same battery elsewhere and was served up with southern small talk and a smile. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Had one year warranty on battery and called Discount about battery they replaced battery with new battery no questions ask and gave me another year guarantee on new battery. They were very courteous and easy to work with. I recommend if you want a discount battery this your place

I called around all over 3 towns for a battery. Cheapest I had found was $131. And that was for some off brand I’ve never heard of. My friend called here and they had several for $99. I went there and they were helpful and good people.
