The service was egregious! I believe the manager’s name is Alex. He did end up trying to fix the situation that should’ve never happened. The ridiculous part was I had to talk to him for quite some time because of the damaged lug nuts that you can see in the pictures that somehow he thought I should pay for even though his service technician caused the damage. I brought in a 2021 Nissan Titan that is not a rust bucket. By any means the lug nuts were not rusted at all. If you look at the pictures, they were literally And one was just completely gutted!!! This is after paying for the service complete in full and getting off of work a 12 hour shift and was called and told they could get me in early and I ended up waiting over three hours to get this fixed!

Overall amazing service! All of the gentlemen that work at this location are very kind, friendly and explain matters thoroughly. I was early for my appointment and my car was taken in immediately and done within 20 minutes. I appreciate the communication throughout the appointment as well. Would definitely recommend purchasing tires here, they take care of you very well after the fact!

Bought four new tires through the website and scheduled the first slot on a Saturday. Arrived at 8AM and my car was ready by 8:30AM. Highly suggest going at open as the bays fill up quickly. Thanks to John and team for a great experience.

Made a 4pm appointment after purchasing tires online, I got there 15 minutes early with a nearly empty waiting room, they finally took my car back at 4:40, almost an hour after I arrived. The customer service guy was at the counter on the phone the whole time, never pausing once while I was standing there to ask what was purpose of making an appointment if the appointment time didn’t matter… This just was not a good experience whatsoever. I won’t be buying tires from here again. If I would’ve known there was such a long wait time I would not have waited, I would’ve dropped my car off and had someone pick me up.

Great for patching a hole but don’t bother making an appointment time to get tires changed. I had an 11:30 appointment and the car wasn’t taken in until 1. I was getting two tires replaced so I did not anticipate them being so behind and the lack of communication. Never received a text when it was complete either. I understand being busy with the weather change but don’t bother with making a set appointment.
