Discount Tire

Basic tire rotation and balance. Ryan on the phone that it was slow, wouldn’t take long and didn’t take appointments for rotation and balance. Checked in at 9:57. Was told it would be done by 11:15. Finally taken into bay at 11:54. Service completed at 12:15. Others who came in after me that didn’t have an appointment had their vehicle service completed before mine was serviced. Have had same service at the Fenton Discount Tire and was promptly completed. They have adequate amount of tire technicians.

I came in and met with Ethan . I came in with shit tires that another shop sold me and he said it was unsafe for me to drive off like that and he wasn’t gonna allow me to leave like that. He went and talked with his manager to see what was the best deal they can give me me and he did EXACTLY THAT. He really didn’t know the impact that his small act of kindness has put me into a better position and how it is going to help me in the long run. Thank you thank you thank you discount tire and Ethan !!

They were extremely respectful, Ryan assisted me in finding what tires had the best longevity rating, along side durability and performance in winter. We narrowed it down to the most appropriate tire, which was at a great price for my budget. displaying exceptional service skills and hospitality, thank you y’all 10/10

Great price! Booked appointment online, was able to get in same day. 4 new tires and only took 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!

Bought some winter tires here a year ago and just had them remounted after fooling around with a couple other shops (that I will not review). Those were good guys trying to make an honest living, but this was the place I should have gone to first. These guys are tire specialists and seem to have the equipment and expertise to get it done both right and right away. (Can’t say the same for those other guys, as much as I would like to give them my business.)They seemed really busy but they said it would be done in a little over an hour and it was. I’ll be back.
