Discount Tire

5 stars ! Appointment was at 0845 and I arrived at 830 and was out by 9am ! New tire install and friendly service ! 5 stars for service ! I usually avoid Watson Rd because it is so overwhelmingly busy but I was in and out in 30 min ! Thank you discount tire !

Show from my experience at this location has not been overwhelming at all. I know that discount tire bought out tire rack but honestly the service here could have been a little bit better. I bought a tire so I could have it put on a trailer tire that went bad. I told him I'd be back in a week. They called me after about 4 days and asked me if I wanted the tire put on anything. I suggest next time they make notes against the purchase order. I'll check when I take the tire in to see the quality or type of work that they do and make additional comments here if necessary. After dealing with discount tire I really am not happy that they bought out tire rack. The additional extras beyond the cost of the tire I really didn't feel were applicable. And $80 tire. Discount Tire was excellent. I had an appointment and was in and out in under an hour. The staff was professional, efficient, and kept everything moving smoothly. No upselling or hassle, just solid service done right. Easily a 5-star experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Got a flat tire and thought my day was ruined — enter Discount Tire like the pit crew I never knew I needed. These folks were fast, friendly, and so efficient I barely had time to scroll my phone. It felt less like a car repair and more like a five-star spa treatment for my wheels. If your tire ever decides to betray you, this is the place to go!

They were very busy, but they got my vehicle in and out in less than 2 hours without an appointment. The staff were friendly, and they repaired the spot where the nail punctured my tire for no charge. UPDATE: The tire they patched was completely flat when I went to get in my car this morning.
