Discount Tire is the best place in Castle Rock. I walked in Friday morning as I wanted to put new wheels on my 4Runner (factory ones were pitted and stained...4Runners are such great vehicles they out last the wheels) Discount got me in right away even though I was a walk in..they helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and got me on my way ..impressive. Thank you for the excellent service and workmanship!
This place is a nightmare. I’ve been here a couple of times for tires and all bad experiences…..I had several issues with my vehicle and the tires. I was basically told wrong information and a different story by 3 different employees. They seem really disorganized and not really helpful for the customers but rather more worried about making sales and making $ rather than doing the right thing for the customer. I went ahead and went to a different location and received the best service I could’ve probably asked for, this is very upsetting as this castle rock location didn’t want to lift a finger for their wrong doing.
