Discount Tire

Had a screw in the center of tire and just dropped in (no appointment) on Friday about 10 am to get it fixed. They got it done faster than they thought and did it for free. Very professional and friendly staff. Did not try to up sell or do any add ons. Would highly recommend to check them out if you need tires or a tire repair. I should say I did purchase my tires there about 2.5 years ago.

I had to change my appt a couple times, and ended up arriving early. Only waited a couple mins to get helped and was able to check in right away. Was recommended a different set of tires due to the rating of the initial set, so ended up spending a little more but greatly appreciated! Had the spare on, so they helped fix the regular tire and put the spare back. The tech ended up running a scan due to the tire light being on, and recommended replacing the sensors that were out but I passed, and he was nice enough to write down what was needed and the price, for when I was ready. I went in with no valve covers and they ended up putting some on for me. I noticed that one was still missing when I was done, and the tech was very nice and willing to help find one to put on before i left. Overall,

Great experience from beginning to end. I called first to ask about availability and spoke to Terrance who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very positive. I brought my vehicle in a couple hours later as a walk-in and worked with Andre. He was SO kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and easy to work with - really great guy. 100% recommend him and this location to anyone. Also, I knew which tires I wanted for my vehicle and no one tried to up-sell or sell me things I didn't need. Really appreciate that. Absolutely will be coming back for any tire needs in the future.

Went in for a patch, but the culprit was right in the sidewall as shown below. The front desk guy was so nice, he told me it would be ready in a couple hours even though they were extremely busy. I went home received a call that it was not repairable so I replaced the two rear tires. They were fast and affordable. He even showed me the tire so I could see where and why it was not repairable. I will forever recommend Discount Tire to everyone/anyone who mentions needing something done to their car so long as they keep treating folks the way I was just treated. A few years ago I got a new set of tires with a warranty from DT. Fast forward to a few days ago, I noticed a nail in one of my tires so took it in this morning. I was only expecting them to patch or repair the one tire but the young man helping me offered to see how much it would be to replace all four of my tires, as they apparently all had some wear. He estimated it to only be around $100 for four brand new tires because I had the warranty!!!!!! His estimate was spot-on and, with a new rear windshield wiper and 4 brand new tires, ended up being $122!!!!! In this day and age, I'm so used to loop holes and limitations wh
