Mister Car Wash

Dec 13,2025. One time car wash for $22. $one time car wash for $22 unsafe experience.. My first time car wash in this place. After car wash and right before leaving the exit both side mirrors are frozen and I couldn’t see it . Since I can’t stop the car by exit and don’t want to bother cars who trying to exit I had no choice but going back to road. And I came back to this place again. I told employees I never wanted to scrub my mirrors because it will leave damages to my side mirror or I’ve never done it before or I’ve never seen it this happen before . But he said this is how he can remove the ice by using plastic scrub …. I had no choice but let him scrub my mirrors. He was very nice . Good customer service however this car wash machine is not good .. Because I have to go home anyways

It's very convenient. The only downside is membership sticker on your window. makes it not transferable, if you have multiple cars without some craftiness.

I had the membership with them, but to be honest, they have a very bad customer service plus needed damage my car when I did ask can you guys figure it out? Can you guys help me with that? Yeah, we will call you ( 10 days, nobody called) Once I came to the location, they told me sorry we don’t cover the damage we did Especially in Columbia Heights location it’s a very bad location don’t go there (I’m sorry, guys you don’t even deserve one Star

This car wash is actually pretty solid and kind of fun. The colorful lights inside make it feel like a mini light show while you roll through, which is a cool touch. Overall it did a good job, but unfortunately it barely cleaned the rear gate of our SUV. Still decent, just not perfect.

I got the most expensive package. The parts that actually got washed look great! However the back of my car looked worse than when I entered.
