Matt's Automotive Service Center

I get mailers in the mail but never been until I needed a second opinion on suspension for my 2015 Mazda3. Another shop kept saying I needed it replaced solely based on mileage but I questioned that so Matt's was one of the places I got a second opinion and they felt at this time at least it looks good. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for the diagnostic as well as another optional service as they didn't find anything. But very friendly and honest and up front and thorough in their findings as well as transparent. Will definitely recommend. Drew is very nice and personable and a good sport.

Since I wrote a review for my mom on my account, I am leaving a review from her account for my experience. Matt's was great. They updated me daily and sometime multiple times with anything that came up on their radar. Drew and the staff were exceptional. They alone won my business for future use. Car seems like a new car after all I had done. Which was a lot. Thanks guys and lets watch hockey soon.

The team at Matt's Automotive Service Center in Columbia Heights were wonderful to work with. They took the time to figure out the issue and quickly had the repair done within 24 hours. They communicated throughout the process and there were no surprise costs. Drew, the manager had excellent customer service and worked hard to earn my return business. I will be bringing my vehicles to Matt's for all my future vehicle needs.

The ratings don't lie. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I took my 2017 Toyota Corolla in to get a coolant change and have the tire pressure checked. I also got a basic inspection done that was free of charge and had the air filter changed. They did an awesome job. Total wait time was about 2 1/2 hours, but, honestly, I was having such a nice chat with their front desk guy (I think his name was Drew) that I didn't even notice how much time had passed, and the time they spent working on the car was what I expected. The lobby was a little cold, but I freeze in 80 degree weather, so... that's on me. Besides, they had free snacks and hot drinks, so I can't complain. I'll definitely be coming back when my car needs service again!

Drew was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what the mechanics came across during the oil change and light inspection on my vehicle, but never made me feel pressured to fix those things there on the spot, which many other shops uncomfortablely do. Being personable, efficient, and kind, I would recommend using Matt's Automotive service center for any of your vehicles needs!
