Lowell's took great care of my husband's car, so we used them for an oil change on my vehicle. I witnessed 2 other customers being treated with the upmost empathy & respect with their service emergencies. I was told what else needed to be worked on with zero pressure, an estimate & reassurance that it wasn't a dire need at the moment.

Amazing service and amazing honest people there. Gone there a couple times now and the prices are great and people are very nice. They have taken real good care of my 2015 Buick lacrosse and get the work done right away. They are definitely my go to shop now!

On a very cold weekend Dec 2025 I blew a rear tire on my service van on University and was able to crawl my service truck to their shop. While the van was a little large for their shop, Brian agreed to take on the project and replaced both rear tires on the following work day. I own a HVAC repair service, so their ability to keep me on the road, servicing the community, was very welcome and appreciated. Very grateful for their services and at a fair price.

I have been going to Lowell's for a few years now, found them while looking for work on a van I used to have. Have had several things done here, and every time they give a competitive quote compared to other shops, and they always do the work better. I've gotten a few things done elsewhere, but I no longer even bother honestly. Lane is the most trustworthy mechanic I've met by far, and when you combine that with their competitive pricing, it makes them the best auto shop I've ever been a regular at. 11/10 would recommend.
