Discount Tire

I was told by another tire shop that I needed $1900 worth of shocks & strut work done after I paid for a brand new set of tires that basically were ruined in less than 90 days. All I needed was new rims, with just a little attention to detail, the other tire shop could have caught the real problem rather than trying to replace parts. These guys helped me out numerous times with free air before and I felt obligated to give them a try and I’m glad I did.

Landon at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and flexible. Got my tire done in 15 minutes but wasn’t able to pick it up till 15 minutes after they closed. He still helped me out and opened the door for me to pick the tire up. He also found the best/cheapest price and was willing to work around it. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I liked seeing them use a torque wrench to check all lug nuts. Cleaned the tire and rim after installation. Shop guys were also nice and having fun. Drove home a hour away and tires were balanced at all speeds. All around good experience !!

I bought a set of tires and was happy to hear that tire rotations were free. Despite having an appointment, they started installing my new tires a little less than an hour later. From the time I arrived to the time I left was over an hour and a half to complete. They didn't seem too busy that day. So, when I needed my tires rotated, I booked an appointment. I arrived on time and sat in the lobby, while my truck sat in the parking lot. They appeared to be fairly busy. The texts and website updates that kept informed on my vehicles service was a nice touch. However, when I was alerted that my vehicle had been pulled into the bay, an hour after my appointment, I was a little befuddled. How did the site know my truck was in a bay....because it was still sitting in the parking lot? Ten minutes

Very icy and snowy weekend and I’m working emergencies for a utility company and get a leak in my tire. The only tire shop answering the phone is Discount Tire and they did everything they could for me and got me fixed up and on the road again. They showed genuine concern for helping the community as this was a safety issue for us to care for our customers and the public. Some of the best service I’ve had ever! Thanks to Landon and the entire crew!
