Amazing staff who is detail oriented and patient. they handle issues for their customers and take their concerns into consideration the offer many services for affordable prices and will work with you to get the specific work you need done. They went above and beyond to handle a serious problem that was my fault and they had the dignity to make it right. It’s very appreciated a professional customer service experience. I have been going to discount tire for over 25 years and I had the worst experience with this shop. I cannot recommend this shop and I would highly advise people to go elsewhere. I came in to just get a new set of boots. My truck came in driving perfectly straight. There was no issues with anything on the truck. I made it 400 miles to my next destination before one of my brand new tires that they had just installed came off of the wheel. I was in the middle of the desert in Utah and I called this shop and I spoke to the store manager. He told me that he was going to call the closest shop to me and have them bring their mobile unit out to fix it. He said he would have it done by the end of the day. After I spoke to him, I never heard from him again. They left me stranded in the middle o

We had a flat tire on our rental car during a trip to Sedona. Gustavo got us in and out in under 45 min so we could enjoy our vacation! Everyone in the shop was incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you guys!

The service was quick, we were shown multiple options that hit different price points and different priorities we had. The technicians were quick to call when the spare tire was unable to be repaired. I wish they had one in stock but it doesn't seem like very many people do if any. The guys got the alignment and tires swapped out in a timely fashion and we are back on the road.

Their courteous techs always take good care of us and get us in and out pretty quickly. I love the air check and tire repair services. My only critique is that sometimes the employees aren't very nice to each other and customers shouldn't be able to overhear that.
