Fast and polite. Price is very competitive. Great warrants offered. Just recently I got some new tires and almost within a month I hit a curb that was covered with snow behind a shopping center, the next day I drove in and explained the situation to the person at the front desk (James) and he took me outaide to check the gash. After the inspection, we walked back in and pulled my information up via phone #, I paid about 47 dollars and 15-20 mins later I had a new tire installed and ready to roll out. Didn't have to pay 300+ for a new tire.

I went for a full set of tires, I dropped my car off I was called later maybe after an hour saying I needed an alignment. I asked what’s the reasoning for alignment they described it very well so I agreed to get it. I came back to pick up my car before I got in the car the person who checked me out said that there would be codes on my car but when I drive off they’ll go away. Turns out he was wrong and the person who did the alignment triggered something. I gave a call back once the storm passed and let them know that all the codes were still on even after driving 100+ miles. None of my safety features for my car was working in the snow I couldn’t turn on traction control which really bothered me. So after I called I went about 15 minutes later I got helped from three different people none

Staff is very nice. Have been a few times to check pressure and add air. Today had a flat tire after work and they were able to replace my tires quickly. I appreciate Jason and Alex for their help and excellent communication and troubleshooting. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Discount Tire on Roxboro St offers efficient service & a wide tire selection. Online appointment scheduling is convenient. However, understaffing can lead to longer wait times. But that didn’t happen to me today. Everything worked out perfectly. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and he picked the right tires. He also helped me sort through the more expensive tire and the traveling tire that I had. It was a great opportunity for Sale and very necessary due to my driving conditions. I was just asking about a new set of tires when I saw that I had a flat or a piece of metal sticking out of the tire. They changed all the tires and the one that they didn’t have they gave me a loaner tire for worked perfectly. I was still able to take my family to the beach, on top of that they offer

Discount Tire is the BEST in all the LAND...hands down! Been going to them for years and years! Never had a problem with them, EVER! Honestly, they are professional and courteous! Their customer service is right up there with those other folks that make that chicken sandwich and aren't opens Sundays! Discount Tire serves coffee and water though. They are absolutely the Best! You won't regret going to them for your tire needs. They also do wiper blades...yes, wiper blades too! Enjoy the experience! G!reat customer service is rare these days so, get it while you still can!
