The dude working in here helping me today is awesome! He is very friendly and looks great. He was able to find the leak in my tire in no-time. I've always liked Discount Tire and this is a brand new location. The bathroom looked so cool. Get the warranty if you buy tires from here, it's saving me today...

Providing excellent customer service during the holidays at an establishment where people are coming in most often in a predicament is a hard task to do. Nonetheless, when my husband entered for my flat tire, excellent customer service is exactly what he received. So appreciative of everyone time and patience as best simple flat tire turned into a greater need. I would highly recommend this location!

I am writing this review as I sit in the lobby! All I can say is WOW, true definition of customer service! Matt, excellent advisor! So welcoming and answered all of our questions! Throughout the process they have come out to let us know every step of the way what’s going on! Customer service stellar across the board! Also shout out to the gentleman in the alignment department he came out and went over everything completely! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you Matt and team! They go above and beyond to make every customer feel special! Highly recommend!
