Instead of spending a lot of time explaining what went wrong with my initial experience, I want to focus on how they made things right. I'm thankful that when corporate got involved everyone at this location went the extra mile to make sure that they upheld what was told to me over the phone. And that is to "make sure that my car is safer when I leave than when it came in." Thank you for going above and beyond to make me happy as a continued loyal customer. Good price on new tires,But!!! Workers need more training now, how in the world the PSI reading is backwards, i put more air on the tires and it keeps telling me that is losing Air the more air i put the less PSI reading i get and i tried other PSI reading tools thinking maybe is me i don't know, but no they did something that now the readings are backwards, now i have to take the car to the dealership to get it fix, on top of that they din't balance the tires correctly and now there's a huge vibration as i drive, Like i said good price but terrible workers, ohh and who ever stole my Vape hope you are enjoying it, not coming back to here.

Twice in the last month I’ve been to see these folks. With two different vehicles. They went above and beyond each time. Accommodated me last minute the first time, and patched my tire, in less than 30 minutes, an hour before lunch on a Thursday, and then when I went to pay, they told me it was free. And recommended I come see them for my next set of tires. Great customer service deserves customer loyalty. I’ll be buying my next set of tires from these guys.

Got tires here a couple of months ago and did not get the road hazard warranty. My wife damaged the sidewall the first week i wasnt to worried about it however she picked up a nail a couple of days ago and for some reason I couldn't get a plug in it. I took it up to just have a plug put in it, i expected to pay about $20. The guy's saw the side wall damage and basically told me that they would just replace the tire i would just pay $17 for the road warranty. So basically I got a brand new tire less than a plug.
