I’ve always had a great experience with Discount Tire, especially Totem Lake. I rolled up with a nearly flat tire almost fully 30 minutes after they had closed the front counters…on Valentines Day no less. Not only did they wave me in, but they did research, replaced the tire and got me on my way in minutes. It was a team effort and sorry i didn’t catch everyone’s names. Tyler, Dave, Scott? I wasn’t feeling well that day and this level of service was just the medicine I needed. Nice work!

If Discount Tire had a frequent‑flyer program, I’d probably have elite status by now. Three sets of tires later—two from this very store—I’m convinced they’re the unsung heroes of the automotive world. And leading the charge is Leon, who might actually be part human, part diagnostic machine. Leon didn’t just check my tires. Oh no. He inspected everything—from tread wear to wiper blades—like he was preparing my car for a NASA launch. I half‑expected him to salute the vehicle when he was done. Disc Tire Center Kirkland are world class! I got a new truck a few months ago, upgraded tires and a small mistake was made. Without question the manager asked how can we make this right. They ended up giving me a nice rim free of charge. Very impressed with the service. I’ll use these guys for all tire needs in the future.

Had a great experience here! I’m not sure what the name of the worker I spoke to was. However, he was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel judged for knowing very little. Went above and beyond and I felt very confident with my purchase. Additionally, they were able to install my new tires right there and then.
