EDIT: I adjusted my review since they made it right by reimbursing me for my issues and they said they have extra tire air caps available so I didn't need to buy any. I just had my car into them today for free rotation and balance after buying new tires there a while ago and later this same day, the front left hub cap is gone since it apparently fell off somewhere on the road and I had no idea it was going to fall off, but it did because they somehow made this one too loose when working on my tires today. After getting my car back today, I tightened my tire air caps and noticed one of the tire air caps was definitely too loose and would've probably fallen off if I didn't tighten it. Discovered Discount Tires from a friend and had such a great experience. First off the people that you talk to as soon as you walk in the door are very respectful and knowledgeable people. They have incredible customer service. They looked at my vehicle and took all the information in and gave me all of my options, but suggested the one that made most sense and was the best for me. You could tell they were genuine and not just trying to make another dollar. Got my service done quickly. HIGHLY recommend.

My husband took one of my Titan7 wheels off my 2021 Subaru WRX STI to Discount Tire to get a hole patched, and the whole experience was a disaster. They first told it it’s going to be about an hour to get it patched, I ended up taking 4 hours. When my husband picked up the wheel, the center cap was missing, which costs about $150 each. Thankfully, they eventually found that. But when he got home to remount the wheel, he realized the valve stem cap was also missing. These aren’t normal caps, they’re special ones worth around $60 each. I’m not even sure why they’d be taking the center cap off when they were just patching a tire. Papillion location is awesome! Had a buldge on side of tire. Went there a little before 4:00. Said i wanted 4 new tires. Didn't think i could get it done today. They said oh yes, definitely! Had it done right when they said. They close at 5:00 but they get it done even after 5:00. Hats off to all who helped me today at Papillion Discount Tire location. You are Amazing.

This was my first time at this location, and I accidentally ordered the wrong tires online, but they had the correct tires shipped from another store and installed the same day. Plus they honored the discounts I had for Black Friday, and had it done before 1pm. 10/10 will definitely buy tires here again!
