Nutshell ... this is the best tire-buying experience I've ever had. I don't buy tires often, but I wanted a cheap winter wheel-set, and so I approached DT about just mounting my planned online purchases (wheels+tires+TPMS). They asked what I was planning to buy, so they could match/beat those prices ... which (to my surprise) they did! I thought, what's the catch? How can I order Toyo Tires for the price of Neverheardofem Tires? Did they forget to mention some hidden "towels and air" surcharge? Nope ... their quote was the price. Was their service going to be bad? Nope, it was absolutely great ... very friendly and fast. You mean I don't have to wait three hours like I did at Walmart? Nope ... less than an hour! Getting TPMS sensors replaced today and giving them a look over. Huge amount of in stock tires on the racks, all the equipment is brand new in the shop. The service writers and the manager were over the top with customer care today. Rod was so helpful today, he was genuine and made sure the experience was over the top. Overall, I am very impressed with Discount Tire and their company and would recommend them to anyone in the Peoria area.

Absolutely love this place. It is so amazing and they have really good deals here. I got a 10 year warranty that replaces anything that happens to my tires here for under $50, although I did bring my own tires from a dealership, but they do work with all tires so they can make a deal with you I’m sure! I highly recommend this place! The service was friendly quick, got out here in 30 minutes or less. Jaiden R. was a great help with all the information provided and exceptional service.

From the sales person Matthew to the guys who installed my tires were all very friendly, helpful and concerned with my questions, fast service, and did I mention how friendly they were? The tires Matthew helped me to settle on are perfect. No pressure sales. The people at Discount Tire in Peoria, Il would make an excellent business model for all customer service businesses.
