Discount Tire

Employees are doing a great job with what they have but its not enough Employees to cover the client intake they have. You will be waiting in line for 20+ min just to speak to somone. Employees are great the Employer not so much. Employer need to hire more employees to cover the people coming. No one should have to wait 20+ min just to speak to somone the line wasnt even moving forward. I left and went elsewhere again i want to clarify its not the Employees the the hiring manager and im assuming corporate who dose not hire enough people.

I choose discount tire for the "hassle free" tire rotations. They do a great job with getting you in and out! The "hassle free" part is not true though. They tried upselling me 3 different times. Feel free to suggest parts or services I could benefit from, but dont try and sell me things unless I ask about your suggestions. Loyal customer for 15+ years. I will update my star rating after my next visit.

Bought all new tires yesterday, then coincidentally picked up something in my tire while driving, luckily made it back here before it lost all pressure! Landon helped me and took care of everything, he was very professional and kind! Top notch service and pricing! Then Carson brought me my vehicle and was very courteous and personable! Even the guy at the desk was kind and everyone made sure that I was taken care of! (His name is kayden). You have earned a customer that won't go anywhere else! I highly recommend 👌 this shop and will continue to recommend this shop to everyone moving forward ✨️! Yall deserve more thann5 stars 🌟!!!!! Again, thank you so much for the outstanding experience!

Stopped in and had my tires rotated and balanced. Regan was an amazing customer service representative. He took care of me immediately upon entering the store. Car was in and out 30 minutes before the quoted time, I have never received bad service from any Discount Tire location. This was no exception. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location. Will definitely return.

Some of the greatest people I’ve ever worked with. Sales associates come to you right as you walk in, they take your information and reason for visit instantly. Work got done very quick. Will be coming back in the future for tires!
