Service Department at Ken Garff Honda Riverdale

I recently brought my 2025 Honda Pilot in for three recall repairs, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service team was professional, organized, and very clear in explaining what needed to be fixed and how long it would take. They handled all three recall issues efficiently and completed the work on time as promised. I really appreciated the communication updates throughout the process, and my vehicle was returned clean and running perfectly. It’s reassuring to know my Honda Pilot is safe and fully updated. I was running up against a travel deadline and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to schedule the service online for very early the next morning. I checked in and I was expecting a long enough wait to have breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Nope! Kyle said it would be quick and it was. In and out efficiently!

They had wrong address on invoice!, they didn’t specify using correct oil or correct oil filter for my WRX , they rotated my wheels & tires leaving hand prints and spray lubricant all over my wheels and tires guess I half to buy shop rags for them? who knows if they even torque the lug nuts to correct specifications what back yard service they gave me!

Where to begin. I couldn’t get through to an actual person and AI scheduled me for a drop off time when a technician wasn’t available. My fuel door wasn’t working and the $228 estimate ended up costing $1037. Software wouldn’t let me authorize the service. I was told my car would be done on Wednesday but on the pick up date was told that they had installed a black fuel door on my white car and it would be an extra $217 plus 2 more days to have it painted white. I needed the car on Thursday so just skipped the paint job.

Had some issues with our Honda Pilot. Frank treated me with honesty and respect. He had our car towed to the dealership and kept me informed on what he was doing and the outcome. I thought it was going to be something much bigger and much more expensive. He was able to fix it plus do some much needed servicing on our car by the next day. His honesty is refreshing and we will be back!
