Safelite AutoGlass

I have used this location a couple of times and have been a customer for many years. Safelite is great! They do really good work and provide good customer service. The remote service is good as well. Recently, I had a rock chip repair done. I showed up about 30 minutes early for the appointment. I was surprised that they were able to get me right in. I was out by the time that my original appointment was. Great place and always great to work with!

Kelley came out to my house. He was very prompt and keeping contact with me and let me know what time he would be there. I didn’t have to wait on him like a cable man and that was awesome. He’s very knowledgeable about his trade and I am very pleased with my new windshield.

I have purchased a 2025 vehicle had it for 2 1/2 months and the Windshield received a full windshield crack. It was extremely easy to schedule, they were available within a couple days and it just happened to be a Saturday. They came to my house which I thought was fantastic. The Technicians name was Rhett,. He was super personable, friendly, and professional. You could tell he had integrity. Rhett is a great communicator. Both by text messaging and phone calls. He was early to his appointment. Did not seem bothered at all to need to work on a Saturday. I was super impressed by him. My experience was fantastic. My windshield looks great. I also thought it was really cool that I did not have to leave the tape on longer than two hours.

They do a fantastic job! My Subaru now has the correct calibrations and actually alerts to lane departure better than when it was bought! They are super speedy, professional, and well stocked. I'm super impressed!!

The technician was very knowledgeable, respectful of our property, updated us on arrival time, and made the experience very easy. Booking an appointment online was simple, and the ability to tie in to our insurance policy to understand our costs was awesome. Safelite came to us (which is so convenient), repairs were taken care of with no disruption to us. I have used Safelite in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
