Used to come to these guys all the time and trusted them a lot. Today i came to replace a blown out tire and Eddie refused to replace a single. He said because the vehicle was 4wd and he "didnt have the same tread and brand" he was only able to give me a quote for a full set. I know how tire size and balance work, as long as you have the same size youre fine as long as its not AWD. They lied to my face for a sale, and wont be getting my buisness again. I feel especially slighted because i personally have dealt with eddie in the past and he has historically been a stand up guy. Dissapointing!

They refuse service with any excuse they can think of. I needed an alignment but they said they won't touch my car because it has wheel spacers. So i took them off and came in on my next day off, they refused to work on it again and turned me away because a bolt was loose somewhere? But i guess they couldn't have tightened it if it was actually loose. A huge waste of time and makes it seem like they just don't care.

I took my car into this location for a simple alignment check, come to find out I had some stuff going on with my front rotor. Instead of doing what I initially asked for the team gave me a call and explained everything went over pricing and options and alternatives. I will happily come back to this location as they have earned my trust and business for life

Kris is the man. We had a very long day and we were headed to St. George and we had a vibration issue with our car and just before closing he really hooked us up I really appreciate this type of service !
