Discount Tire

I had an appointment @ 10:15 got there @ 10:10 and my 4 tires were installed and ready @ 10:30. Within that 20 minutes I was given status a couple of times. Excellent old fashioned service that is rare find nowadays and the new Bridgestone Blizzak tires made a noticeable difference in ride quality 👌

My sister and I made an appointment at 11:45. We arrived on time and we were seen within 5 minutes. Miguel, who by the way was personable while being professional. We bought 4 new tires at a great price and they finished within an hour. Thank you to Discount tires and Miguel, in my opinion he is management material.

Incredible service! I took my tire that had low pressure first to Midas. They told me there was a nail and they could not operate on it. Then, I took my car to Discount Tire in Round Lake. They found this huge nail/metal part and took it out with no charge! They were honest, and I would 100 percent go back to them for all my tire needs in a second. Thank you Discount Tires!!!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Very honest shop. They worked with me to figure out a balancing issue due to acoustic foam problem, but then after the fix unfortunately made a mistake while reassembling the tire on the wheel and accidentally damaged the tire interior. They could have left it and I'd be none the wiser perhaps, but they called me, told me they'd be replacing all four tires due to the mistake, at no charge to me. Communication was very easy, and the level of service was amazing. Will always recommend discount tire!

For 12+ years, this was the most efficient and precise place to get anything tire related done on your vehicle. My most recent experience couldn’t have been more the opposite. Horrible organization skills, bathrooms are gross and haven’t been cleaned, no one behind the counter asks questions or knows what they’re doing except for one guy carrying the whole operation. I came in for a patch job and Jacob (not to be confused with Jakub, he was great when he worked here) took my keys without asking which tire, and seems to have a lot of other upset customers in my extended time of sitting here. Left without getting it done. Too many errors in my hours of sitting. Customer service at this location has gone from a 10 to a 4, if you’re lucky. Won’t be back.
