I’ve been coming to Mavis Tires & Brakes for the past 3 years or so, and they have consistently taken great care of me. Even when I walk in without an appointment — and other local tire shops have turned me away — Mavis always does their best to squeeze me in and accommodate me. Today was no different. I needed a tire repair, and they were absolutely slammed. Despite how busy they were, they still made the time to take care of me, and I truly appreciated that. Jay, the manager, is especially wonderful. He is very customer-focused, caring, and always helpful. You can tell he genuinely wants customers to feel taken care of. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and a team that truly looks out for you.

We always use Mavis whenever possible. Their online booking website is so easy to use .They are always so helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel confident about the service. I have had multiple great experiences at Mavis Tire & Brakes in Round Lake. Their customer service was excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate walk-ins, which made things so much easier when I needed service unexpectedly. I have now had 2 tires patched and 1 replaced at this location. I highly recommend this Mavis Tire location to anyone looking for reliable and convenient service!
