Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an excellent experience at Firestone. I called to schedule a wheel alignment for my truck, and they were able to get me in right away. The work was completed within an hour, and everything was handled efficiently. The service desk staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I had a tire emergency right before closing time, and Bobby was kind enough to let me come in even after a long, busy day. He took my car in last minute without hesitation. Jose worked on my tire, quickly removing a deep nail and even going the extra mile by finding and repairing another leak in the valve. They stayed a few minutes past closing to make sure I could get safely back on the road. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their customers.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE- do yourself a favor and find a different company to work with. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Firestone. We brought our vehicle in for new tires and left with damaged rims. What’s worse is that no one mentioned it to us — they attempted to return the car as if nothing had happened. After pointing it out, they “fixed” the rims. Unfortunately, the repairs were not done correctly. We had to bring the car back three separate times, and each time they tried to return it to us saying it was fixed when it clearly was not. This should have been a straightforward tire replacement, but instead it turned into multiple trips, wasted time, and ongoing frustration. Had a positive experience at this location twice in the same week (for different issues). Process was smooth. Staff was clear and communicative with what needed to be fixed and how long it would take. Car was ready to go same day for both issues. Both Bobby and Josh were direct and friendly when providing service. Will definitely be consulting them for any future problems my vehicle may face.

I requested an appointment for an oil change on Sunday evening for the following day, and I received a confirmation text Monday morning for a 5:30pm appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have the filter that my car needed, and that it was store policy to not order parts until the customer is there. I have never heard of this type of policy before, and it doesn't make any sense to not prepare for the scheduled services. The store had a full day to ensure the filter my car needed was there and ready, or contact me if that would not be possible. The rep I was speaking with called a couple of other locations, and he was told it would be at least an hour for someone to bring them the filter. We ended up rescheduling my appointment for Wednesday at 5:30pm, and the rep said he
