It turns out that it was a nail in my tire… They got me directly in and out of there within 40 minutes… They were so respectful and so helpful. It felt like a concierge experience. I appreciate Show Low, so much!

Great service. Average prices, but the service makes up for that. Brought in my 2019 Tacoma with a slow leak. Couldn’t be repaired and they put on my spare, no charge. Ordered all new tires, and made an appointment for the next week. Instead, I came in two days later and asked if we could move the appointment up, and they worked me in within the hour that day. One of my tire pressure sensors was broken accidentally during the new tires installation. They informed me immediately, and replaced it no charge. Once finished, the pressure sensor on the wheel that they had changed out with the spare two days earlier, was suddenly not working. I thought it was too much of a coincidence, and that it had to have been messed up during the install. They disagreed, and I accepted I would need to pay f

I was in need of a tire replacement in which mine was bald and my funds were tight. I'm a disabled vet and funds are always tight. Associate Garrett and Mgr Jason made it so that my experience was one of the best I ever had. Very helpful, very understanding, and very professional. I've been with Discount tires in the past but still shop for deals that aren't cost prohibitive for me. I will no longer be shopping. Discount is my go to based on this most recent experience.
