I buy all my tires from here and don't even price shop anymore because they have been quick and courteous until today. Today I had a tire failure on a tire with over half the tread life gone. I had road hazard so after changing the tire I went in. I was expecting a runaround about the road hazard and why it didn't cover a cord issue for insert reason. But to my surprise the manager who helped me from the start just said " Yes, that an issue." We went inside and road hazard covered the tire. No excuses, just a company that did what they said they would do when they up sold me on the road hazard.

Scheduled an appointment online for mounting and balancing tires for my 2022 Camry. I purchased tires from an online vendor and had them delivered to my home for my aftermarket reverse mount wheels. This location handled everything very well. My appointment was at 10:15am. Anthony checked me in and inspected my new tires that I brought with me, scanned the old tires and measured the aftermarket wheels to make sure the new tires would fit properly (I went from 235/40r19 to 245/35r19). Everything checked out and they quickly took care of the dismount of the old tires and mounting the new ones. Just had a new set of BFGoodrich KO3's put on my Jeep Gladiator. Jeremiah is an outstanding team member. He found me several discounts even though he didn't have to. The install was quick and professional. Coming from a facility safety background I would have liked to see the guys wearing safety glasses and gloves. I bought a brand new set of oversized KO3's for my OFF-ROAD 4runner. I wanted to run balancing beads because as off road folks know we sling weights off constantly and it's a smoother ride with balancing beads. I go in to get a nail patched 1/2/26 and they took the balance beads out for the patch ( because of the adhesive, it has to dry before you can put the beads back in) Well they did not wait for it to dry and replace the beads, just patched and re balanced with weights. I should have asked about this process before but I assumed tire folks would know what to do and do the right thing or at least communicate this to me.
