Outstanding experience with this location today. I ordered my tires online and they were ready in the store to be mounted on the vehicle at the time they said they'd be ready. The techs were very honest with me when discussing potential issues mounting my new wheels, which I appreciated. The waiting room was nice and comfortable and the show room was clean. Overall, I think I will be back next time I need tire service!

The service was fast, efficient, and incredibly courteous from start to finish. The staff treated me with respect and genuinely seemed happy to help. It’s rare to find a business that combines speed, skill, and great customer service like this. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I walked in with a bolt in my tire, already stressed because the donut didn’t sound right, new tires for my car are hard to find, and I had just dropped my husband off at the airport in a flash flood. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and understanding. He had his coworker patch the tire while he personally removed the donut and put my tire back on. You just don’t see that level of service anymore. I was in and out within twenty minutes. Truly, truly thankful.

I was told they couldn't do wheel alignment or rotate the new front tires to the rear because of suspention issues. Not knowing i just spent 3k for brand new suspension at Goodyear in the photo no issue of uneven wear on rear tires because of brand new suspension

My wife and I feel like we’ve been touched by an angel. Taking a drive to the north shore from Honolulu, we only had one day left to explore the island. Our tire took on an oversized screw. Fortunately it happened a 1/4 mile from Discount Wheel and Tire. We were treated exceptionally well in all respects (attitude, timeliness, and quality work). We were back on the road in short while.
