I called made the appointment told him the year make and model of my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to their location to be told. We can’t do your car because our pipe bender is broken. If you call they’ll make your appointment but then turn you down and tell you they can’t do it. Great customer communication Skillz amd the girl who answers the phone is as smart as a box of Crayons .

I was able to bring my vehicle for an oil change same day. Something I’ve never been lucky with in the past. Customer service was great and I even got a couple discounts. Highly recommend.

Kawai was an amazing help, she showed so much aloha and attention to detail, making sure to call us promptly as soon as our car was finished. Excellent service , easy and quick! She deserves a raise . Great face of the business

I had an 11:00 AM appointment and even arrived early at 10:50 AM. Despite having an appointment, they did not start working on my car till around 12:30 PM, resulting in a long wait. I was later given a discount of $20 specifically for the delay. While waiting, an employee approached me about my car key, asking if it had been missing its backing and stating it may have fallen off, which was concerning since the key was handed over intact. However, I do want to note that the service manager was professional and ensured the key backing was located, which I appreciated. The service was completed around 1:10 PM. While I appreciate the professionalism from the manager, the overall experience felt disorganized, and I don’t plan to return. Beware, the parking at this location is very limited and

This Midas is awesome! Safety inspection $26.18 after taxes. Clean and nice facility and waiting room. Clean bathroom! Most delicious coffee! Professional, courteous, kind, and helpful customer service. Outstanding customer service by Dar and Kawai who made my wait feel super fast! Highly recommend this Midas! Thanks again Dar and Kawai!!
