I cannot recommend Thomas at Tai VW & Audi enough! I brought my car in with a troublesome oil leak that two other mechanics couldn't seem to track down. I was dreading taking it to the dealer, knowing they would have charged an arm and a leg just to start the diagnosis. Thomas found the source almost immediately and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Beyond the leak, he also addressed a transmission issue I was having. As a public school educator myself, I truly appreciated how he took the time to actually educate me on the mechanics of my car. Originally seen early around 830am as a work in. Just to do a quick check under the hood. My car had been acting up previously and he was able to work me in for a quick check. Same day, my car starts to have completely separate issues. An EPC Light illuminated on my dash. I was able to read the code with my Accessport it gave me back a code P0092. So i cleared it once then i attempted to turn on my car and now it is rough to start/crank up. In a panic state, I call up Tai, but he’s able to talk me through it. Tai was awesome. Great service and prices, very transparent and offered good suggestions. I had timing belt, water pump, coolant flush and replacement and transmission service done. Will come back for anything else needed. Thanks Tai!

Going to the shop for your car is never fun. I called up Tai VW and Audi to help diagnose my car and was told to bring my car right away. They were super honest and great, charged a reasonable fee for diagnostics. I’ll be returning for future service.

My experience with Tai VW was hands down the best time I’ve ever had bringing my car to a mechanic. Not only did he service (transmission) my baby (car) he went above and beyond with diagnosing and fixing other issues I had no idea where there. Thomas (Owner) is in a class of his own. Truly a local business owner, everything he does is pono!! My only wish, is that I found out about him sooner. Don’t get ripped off by these other mainland companies. Thomas is as real as it gets. We walked through the car together and he included me in every step of the process. God Bless this man and his business. Truly a gem.
