Locally Owned and Operated family type of business, went here for safety inspection the workers there was cool kinda friendly. My license plate light bulbs was burnt out, they had the replacement bulb on hand and offered to replace it, but was unable to because their hands was to big to get behind the bumper I said let me try, Nope couldn't get either. That caused us to fail inspection. Went home started to replace it, I just couldn't get my hand in there to remove it, so told the wife I need a hand, her hands. Ho Yuups she was able to get in and remove the damn thing. We went back the next morning to get our sticker and we was back on the road. Done Son...

Called on base and Wahiawa auto shops, the were the only ones to help with my flat tire patch. They’re always so nice to me. Love them.

Only leaving 2 stars rather than 1 because I finally got an inspection done. This shop is dirty, disorganized, and flat out unprofessional. The location is just terrible and also dangerous, with the line wrapping around the block, blocking multiple different establishments and forcing customers to be parked in the road. Very annoying when technicians take your registration with their dirty hands and turn it black. Go somewhere OTHER THAN THE MILILANI AUTO REPAIR (check my profile for that review) for a better, safer experience. Mahalos

Got my safety checked on here last year and it was great. Tried to come 10 minutes early this year and one of the workers came out and very rudely and angrily told me that I was early and not to block the driveway. She told me that I could not come back until 8 o’clock. I could not believe how aggressive she was to me and the car in front of me. I went a few blocks over to oil changers, and they were much more pleasant and cost the same

Would do zero stars if that were an option, rudest customer service I have ever seen! Old lady that works there came out carrying on and yelling because none of us could squeeze our vehicles anywhere else on the busy street while waiting for safety inspections. I would NEVER do business with someone like that. They deserve zero stars and zero money from any paying customers. She could have politely explained or asked us to move instead of coming running out at her customers. Not the customers fault they are located in a terrible spot off the main road. Highly recommend going to OIL CHANGERS Wahiawa instead
