Discovery Commons Cypress Point

Everything is great! The only problems I see are that we need more residents although our new sales director Melissa Flores is doing a great job in bringing in new residents. We also need to keep our good employees. Unfortunately, some of have had apparently their hours cut because of the lower census here. There has however been a lot of good changes made by our new executive director Michelle Villarreal who listens to what the residents need.

The entire team at Discovery Commons Cypress Point is top notch. They are kind, caring, and compassionate.The communication is excellent. They truly made us feel like family from the moment we toured their Memory Care Community.

My father Richard Kennison (colonel) is in excellent care at Discovery Commons Cypress Point. My wife and I came from Maryland to Fort Myers, Florida to visit and we were very impressed to say the least. Everyone from the front desk staff to the wonderful nursing staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I felt very welcomed and my father was very happy with his friends he shares meals with etc.

We recently toured Discovery Commons Cypress Point and from the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive, kind, and truly treats residents like family. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities that keep residents engaged and happy. Knowing your loved one is safe, comfortable, and cared for gives us such peace of mind. We highly recommend Discovery Commons to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their family member. Ask for Jenny!!! She is wonderful!
