Dixie Buick GMC Parts & Service

Made an appointment to take care of a warranty bulletin. A very specific item with a known fox to replace a sensor. Well, not only did they not have the part they also told me that the repair would take at least 2 hours so I took an Uber home. When I arrived home they informed me that they didn't have the part. I had to Uber back. They wasted over 2 hours of my time and $50 in Uber fees when they should have rescheduled long before I arrived. Scheduled appointment for L87 Recall and few other once. Was expecting to be without vehicle for few days. Was surprised the service was completed in less than 4 hours. It's a busy dealer ship with a lot of vehicles coming in for service. Staff is nice and try to accommodate all in timely manner.

I decided to leave a review about Honesty and Customer Service! I bought a used 2024 GMC 1500 from Dixie. In every instance that i have dealt with the service department that have been awesome! From Recalls, tire rotations, oil changes and other services! When i bought the truck the steering wheel was a little off centered and Dixie took care of that the balanced the tires at that time... fast forward 9 months and 2 tire rotations later and i find my tires are worn on the inside to the cords and i am in Tennessee! This should never have happened! My tires were just rotated a month or so ago and no wear was noted on my reports from Dixie! I called and spoke to Travis P and he went thru the reports and admitted that they missed something! Honesty!!! You don't see a lot of that any more!!! I

From booking the appointment to leaving the dealership everyone that I dealt with were professional and make you feel like you are more than just a customer.!!! Very friendly and respectful of your property.

my apt was at 9 am i didnt get out of there until 12:45 pm all i was getting was an oil change and filter change. The time frame was unacceptable.They did credit me for the oil change but he filter was still $280. Not worth my time to have this service take so long.........
