Casey the tow truck driver and mechanic put a new radiator on for me after an accident. The price was fair and the job top notch. Unfortunately for me there was more wrong with my car after the crash than the radiator making the vehicle undrivable. Dixie paid me too dollar for the vehicle. Very nice people.

My HOA uses this company. When I got towed due to a parking issue it cost me $225 to get my truck out of auto jail. They would only accept cash, no debit or credit. I couldn't find anyone to take my cash payment when I got to the "lot" I called before i came to pick up my vehicle and explained i would be there in less than 20 minutes. Since i couldnt find the "office" I called Dixie towing again, i was asked if there was a black and yellow wrecker there. No, I had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to show up. Another person in the HOA that got towed said "they don't give change" I asked about a veteran first responder/ discount they refused to accept my official DD214 as proof of service, my DD214 is good enough for the VA and the government but not good enough for Dixie towing. Aaron (Erin?) was very kind and professional. They were very transparent on how long the truck would take to get here and what to expect. Will call again when I need to!
