From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. Adam went above and beyond with communication. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the turnaround time was great. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about their customers, but this team definitely does. Great group. Very fast, prices were reasonable (I checked 3 different auto shops in Greater Boston). Went for scratch repair job on my rear quarter panel.

This team is great! I had minor damage to my front which required replacing the grill and bumper, amongst other cosmetic work. They took me in immediately and had the car ready to be picked up in two days! Not to mention the interior of my car was spotless afterwards. Thank you for the great work.

12/11/2025: I returned to Webster auto body after a national auto repair service said I had frame damage and they couldn’t do an alignment. They also said my car should not be driven without having the frame work done. My car had driven well prior to getting the set of new tires at the auto repair service. I took the car the next day to Webster’s auto body. They put it on their frame machine and found nothing wrong. To be sure they had not missed anything, they drove it to Goodyear for an alignment and it was done the same day. Additionally, I had asked them to look at paint scuffs on both front quarter panels. Both the alignment and the buffing for the paint scuffs was done the same day! They again went above and beyond to take care of our car. Lisa scheduled the work that day.

So kind, helpful, and kept great communication the whole time. I dropped off my car to get the bumper replaced. Not only did they do a great job on the replacement, they cleaned my whole car. It was spotless
