Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD o EVER WILL! Cobra, the salesman was extremely patient and friendly over the 3 long weeks I dragged the purchase out over. He negotiated the difficult deal I wanted and was very honest with me throughout the entire process. No games. Something that’s priceless to me. We were able to communicate conversationally instead of transactionally like old friends and that made all the difference. He never complained about my constant texts and demands even after business hours! They arranged pickup for me at the airport an hour away and the driver even made some essential stops I was unable to complete prior to my flight. I was lucky enough to meet and deal with the fabulous owner, & his beautiful wife who are both FANTASTIC PEO

The worst car experience I have ever encountered, I wasn’t able to get the car I wanted so I didn’t want to get anything, It was late dealer closed and I was two hours away from home! Ryan was rude got emotional because he couldn’t convince me to go with another option that I refused,, after he requested a Lyft for me that was encouraged by a nice employee I gave him 100$ bill Lyft was 65$ he stoled my 35$ and refused to give it back of course because i was a female and by myself he wouldn’t have did that to a man! Long story short don’t go to them they are desperate and unprofessional ! Glad I didn’t give in got the car I wanted the next day out FairFax VA which I would highly recommend if needed Thank you

I would %1000 comeback and purchase another vehicle with DMV Auto. Cobra the salesmen was the star of the day. He gave me tips on maintaining the maintenance on my car and worked around my budget. I don’t have any concerns with this company but if you are a young driver with little to no credit, this is the place to go. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This was a superb buying experience! The staff (Cobra, Rene, and Halil) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up trading in my vehicle and buying one on the lot in the same day.
