Dodge Ram Service - Jeff Belzer

I bought a 19 Ram Rebel a couple years ago and needed to have some serious service work done. I was greeted by Creed in the service bay and was treated with respect. He kept me informed of everything and even went to bat for me with my service warranty company. I was given a 2026 Ram Laramie as a loaner while the repaired my truck. When I came to pick up my truck, all I owed was my deductible! I accidentally drove off with the loaner keys and we joked about it when I came back that I don’t want to give the loaner back! Creed is the perfect example of excellent customer service!

Creed was absolutely great to work with. He made the process of trading my old truck in for a new one so fun and easy. He will be my go to if I’m ever in the market for another new vehicle

Outstanding attention to detail on the care of my vehicle! Everything from drop off and obtaining a rental to full inspection of body work needed to pick up of my completed vehicle. I appreciate the availability afterward to answer all my aftercare questions. 100% recommend this team for body work and specialty pain.

Very nice and fair service. Very good profesionals in the shop worked on my 100,000 miles RAM. Did many upto date maintenance work. I hope it will be trouble free for another 50,000 to 70,000 miles.
