Outstanding customer service. I was late to an appointment and had just had knee surgery and realized that my car‘s tire was flat. The gas station right behind them didn’t have an air pump and so I took a chance and stopped in at this shop. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and understanding regarding my situation and immediately told me to pull in. The tech Gavin went above and beyond, and was kind and friendly and told me not to worry about it at all as it’s not a big deal. They turned a bad situation into a good one, and if we ever have car issues, we will absolutely go back.

Honestly, everyone at Lamettrys was amazing! They made an unpleasant situation tolerable and seamless from start to finish. They did both of my vehicles and the workmanship was excellent. They communicated with me every step of the way and have an excellent warranty to match. Working with my insurance AmFam was so easy because they are trusted I only had to choose them and any add ons or extra parts needed was approved by them without hesitation. Would easily use them if needed in the future.
