I had a really great experience at GVT Tire and Auto! Adam was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step so I fully understood what was going on with my car. I really appreciated how clearly he explained things without making it confusing or overwhelming. Lilly did an awesome job with my oil change and was very thorough. I especially loved that she included detailed pictures in my car report — it made me feel confident and reassured knowing exactly what was checked and serviced. Overall, the team was professional, honest, and super helpful. Great customer service and quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto service!

Fast, thorough and very professional. They were very transparent and showed me exactly what my vehicle needed by giving me a digital inspection that had pictures and videos of my car. They even have access to Carfax so they were able to show me what has already been done on my vehicle before I purchased it! I will definitely be coming back!

Did an oil change today. I sat in a nice clean lobby and watched an Adam a service manager I believe. He was giving customers a very detailed non pressured explanation of what services they offer and why it would benefit them. I can appreciate when somebody’s upfront without pressuring people just to do a service. Definitely will be going back when I need more than an oil change. Also supporting local business is great.

We had our oil changed and an inspection done. Adam and his team did an awesome job. We had questions later and Adam had us bring the truck back in and checked out our concerns and didn't charge us even though it had nothing to do with the work they did. I recommend Lakeville GVT 100%.

This place is hands down the best mechanic shop around. I’ve been to multiple locations in Lakeville and have never received such a top-notch experience. I worked directly with Adam, who kept me informed with updates and helped guide me through the best options for my truck. Jay worked on my truck and did a fabulous job. I received a transparent inspection report sent directly to me, complete with clear photos and descriptions.
