Airlake has been my "go to" for +20 yrs. because they do reliable work, reasonable time table for appointments (many were within 1 day or so). Not the cheapest, nor are the most expensive. So far the new owners continue with the same traditions. I worked with "Allen", and if I got the name wrong I am sorry, who was very helpful, friendly, and very personable. Give them a shot. I do believe you will not be disappointed. Not a "parts cannon" shop.

Neil and Mike have been the best to work with over the years!!! They will be missed! They had a little punch card to use when you had your car serviced. That encouraged me to return. I liked that system! I agree with the last reviewer! The new owner is texting me with sales advertisements. I am definitely not a fan! Please “STOP”.

We used to bring all our cars to Airlake Auto for 12 years. We tried it once after the change in ownership recently and we will not be going back. Costs have increased significantly, we will be finding somewhere else going forward.

Brought our SUV in for an oil change and to check a separate fluid leak. Upon inspection I was quoted $4000 for parts, $1700 labor. Questioning the cost based on my own research I then called two other local shops and was quoted $2000 parts, $1000 labor. So it's being picked up today after being fixed by another shop for approximately half of the price quoted here. I had been an air lake customer for over 20 years but have lost confidence in the change.
