Needed our vehicle inspected, and found this shop. First I read reviews and found they received wonderful ones. This helped make my decision to visit them. The reviews were right. We were met with great customer service and our vehicle was inspected quickly. Highly recommend!

I was told about Don's though a Parts and Auto stores in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. After giving them a call, I decided to give them a try. That was 2 years ago, and I trust these guy with all my family vehicles now. I have turned my friends and other family members on to their excellent work as well as pricing that can't be beat. They are a family owned business with old time values and upfront honesty.

I went to another body shop to have a service done on my vehicle, and was told that my power steering pump and hoses were leaking. I didn’t have any liquid on the floor of my garage, so I thought that was kind of odd. I took my vehicle to Don’s automotive to have things checked, and there were no leaks to be found. I appreciate the care that Don’s took of my vehicle, and for cleaning up the mess the other body shop made. The other body shop had overfilled my fluid and spilled it everywhere. The other body shop had also told me to bring it back in so they could fix the leak. I appreciate Don’s Honesty about the leaks, not being found. They could very easily have said the pump and hoses were bad, but they didn’t. They cleaned my vehicle up very professionally, and the service fee was very

After being recommended to another shop after failing my inspection for my muffler & waiting 2 weeks with no contact on their part, 2 calls by me and was told they cannot find parts needed for my Jeep anywhere. I decided to try Dons. Don set me up with an appointment first thing Monday morning, was able to order the part, have it delivered in less than 20 minutes & his son went right to work on it. I was in and out of there! I very much appreciated their hard work, honesty & great price! I absolutely will be making this my go to shop from now on, as well as recommending them to anyone who needs work done. 10/10 recommend! Thank you both again!

Never, Ever take your vehicle to this shop. I took my luxury vehicle her to get repaired and items were stolen off my vehicle and from inside of it. When I called to question them about where the items disappeared they said it was like that when I came in. This was the only shop that I had taken my vehicle to and all the items were there when I pulled up to there shop inside my vehicle and outside on the vehicle. I wish I could give them a zero. They never even fixed the problem to my vehicle just stole things from it. They could not repair it. Incompetent individuals!!!
