Double D Auto

I have a 25 year old Jeep Cherokee that I love, but some recent problems were beyond my ability to diagnose and repair. I took it to Scott and Terry at Double D and they had my Jeep back in action fast, and with fantastic attitudes and customer service. They did in 2 days what I tinkered unsuccessfully with for months. Our family vehicles have a new go to shop from now on!

Amazing work by Scott and the team. Clear communication, took amazing care of us and our van, and found solutions that worked for us. Fantastic work!! 10/10 would recommend. And they have been taking care of my extended family for years as well.

Honda odyssey 2015 about 120k miles. Disappointed here. I started bringing both my vehicles here for routine maintenance after they squeezed me in a pinch. Fast forward about year, I have these guys do a bigger maintenance service of spark plugs fluids etc. About a week and less than 200 miles later, the check engine light turns on. I assume they will stand by their warranty after they just had the vehicle in for a comprehensive maintenance. They now say the catalytic converter is bad and needs replaced for about $6k. They didn’t see this during the maintenance? Lost trust and just want to warn folks, may not be getting what you paid for.

I was driving down Parker road in Franktown at about 5:30 am. Stopped at a red light, when the light turned green I heard a loud bang and every light lit up on the dashboard. I limped the truck to the side of the road and got it towed to Double D Auto repair. The fan clutch had let go, this caused the fan bolts to act like a Gatling gun and shred the radiator. The fan exploded and shred every piece of plastic under the hood, and two pieces of the fan came through the hood. It was incredible. When I got the truck back from Double D a few weeks later it looked brand new and ran like it was just off the lot. I can’t say enough great things about Doug, Curtis and the whole team at Double D. They are the only ones that will ever touch my truck.

Great service from a knowledgeable staff. Kevin and his team are world class. I took my '06 Toyota 4Runner (215K miles) in to have a couple big maintenance items replaced (exhaust manifolds, front control arms, shocks and front CV axels) to last me the next 200K miles. It has been 6 months since the service was completed and no issues to report. Excellent work!
