Doug's Service Center

Went here to get vehicle state inspection. Owner was efficient and very helpful. Repaired loose ball joint and will have him do some other work on my vehicle.

Doug is the Very Best, Excellent diagnosing and repairing, Honest and wonderful person. I highly recommend him. I will not go anywhere else.

I was recommended by step-mom and her best friend to go see Doug, as they say he is the most honest mechanic they've ever worked with. Just after my first visit, I can see that he lives up to that reputation. I went in for just a car inspection, but Doug was more than happy to answer all my questions, as busy as he is. And there was one part I was thinking of replacing, and he quoted me just at $40 for the labor when it could easily run over $150. Thanks Doug!

Doug is honest and reasonable. This last time he just inspected an older vehicle but just recently replaced the front brakes. He was so much cheaper than other estimates I had received and when I asked him about the difference in cost he said he buys so many parts he gets a really good discount and he passes it on to his customers. Who does that... Doug does.

Dropped my car off for new spark plugs and the guy tells me to come back at “4 430”. I show up at 430 only to find they’ve closed and gone home. With my key ring including my house key. Next day I get a ride back over there only for him to tell me that he didn’t do anything because the bolts were rusted that he needed to remove. Never considered calling to tell me or let me know anything at all. Completely wasted our time without even as much as a sorry. Total amateur hour Go somewhere else
