My engine blew. Again. B.A.T. Boys won’t do anything the engine they put in was through the warranty company, the warranty company said my warranty expired 700 miles ago and they aren’t responsible for it anymore. I still owe 7500 dollars. I don’t know what to do 😭😭😭 They want me to put 16000 dollars into this traverse. When I got the car in October 2018 the fuel lines and many other things went with it failed on me less then a week after having it, the shop replaced it with my Malibu til they could fix what was wrong and switched me back. Within a month I had to put all new tires brakes and rotors on it (ok so I should have checked tires before I agreed to it, they assured me I was in good hands with there shop DOWNTOWN MOTORS-Republic, as I don’t know a lot about cars) My engine blew in

Do not buy from this place! Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion with 78k miles on it. I put less thank 3k miles on it, and now it wont start up. Took it to two different shops and they're saying I need a new engine that will cost about $9k. Downtown motors has been no help, and said there is nothing they would do to help. Didn't have the car but 2 months and didn't even put 3k miles on it.

I never post negative reviews and I contemplated making this review since day 3. Paid $3k over value price for a car w 155k miles on it, found out their was cracks on the windshield that I didn’t notice until after purchase, passenger window didn’t roll up, dash lights that light up if something is wrong are all dead. Should’ve checked Fuel Economy for value price before buying but was desperate for a car and it had 4WD. Even asked if there was anything wrong with it and they said “No”. Asked about lowering the price and they said this was the best deal you can find. Cant wait to pay it off and sell it for $2k bc w everything that is wrong that’s probably what it’s really worth. I really love our 2012 Cadi we bought from Downtown Motors! Joanna was very nice and she had a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. The only thing that was discouraging was they couldn’t find the other fob to the Cadi and would not supply us a new one. But I would still refer Downtown Motors to my friends!

I have never had an easier car buying experience. Bridget and JoAnn provided a "No Pressure" sales environment and excellent customer service. Loved that they were able to pre-approve me so I knew exactly what vehicles to look at. The finance company they use incorporates a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty and GAP insurance into the contract. These extra benefits were explained in detail to me before I purchased my vehicle. I highly recommend this car company to anyone wanting to purchase a quality used vehicle at a fair market price.
