My husband and myself are far from being mechanically inclined, so we NEEDED to find a great shop with people we trust. I can say with absolute confidence that we needn’t look further! We needed tire sensors replaced, high mileage fluid flushes, filter changes and over all maintenance. We also had some diagnostic work done as well. Yokum kept us up to date, in real time, everything they were doing, from initial inspection to completion. I brought my Lexus in with an evap leak. Not an easy thing to diagnose and fix, even for experienced mechanics. Yocum had the issue diagnosed the same day that I dropped off. They completed the repairs quickly, with no issues, and were fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I have always had a positive experience with explanation of repairs needed as well cost up front. No hidden costs. They work around my schedule and the customer service is wonderful. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me to keep my car running as it should.

Good service, pricing was just a little high. For the service I had, if I had more done it would have been really fair for the price. I went to get a stereo installed and it took roughly 30 minutes. I paid a little under 200 and the stereo was 80 of it.

Yocum works efficiently. You can tell someone has dedicated the time to make their services more convenient. This undoubtedly coincides with efficient workflow, and dedicated employees. I won’t go into detail about my service because they really cut me a break on a quick alignment, but that shows me how much they valued my needs. Only thing I dislike is not getting to shoot it with the mechanic, but we’ll just keep that a small town thing! 10/10 great place thanks again!!
