I can’t say enough good things about McCormack Auto Repair! They replaced my tires quickly and did an outstanding job. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in the work being done. It’s hard to find auto shops with this level of customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pulled in for a tire repair and was taken care of immediately. Waiting room is small When I started putting in this review the older lady was really rude about me taking pictures for my review but wanted a good review 🙃 Personally after the interaction with her. If I ever need anything I will take my business elsewhere

McCormack Auto has been my "go to", shop for a few years, since my former shop closed their doors. Recently, they were very helpful to me by telling me the work that I thought I needed wasn't needed. They very well could have done the work, and charged me for it, but they didnt. I appreciate their good service and honesty. I recommend McCormack Auto Repair for your work, I will continue to bring my vehicles there.

Brought in my truck after noticing a leak. David was very helpful and honest about a longer time frame to get the truck seen and be repaired. Ended up doing the repairs well under the initial time frame and WELL UNDER budget. We are new to the area and are very pleased to find a honest and reliable mechanic.

I’ve been to a lot of auto repair shops in Springfield and this is hands down the most honest shop I’ve dealt with. I frequently have mechanics either talk down to me or are just straight out dishonest to me, and I didn’t experience anything even remotely like that here. Estimates are very reasonable. They book out a ways for appointments but there’s a good reason for this, as they are well known. This honestly the only shop in the area that I trust and they will 100% have my future business.
