I was very happy with Juan R Lopez and Rey for helping me with purchasing a vehicle today. Juan did all the work whilr i relaxed. He was able to get mefinanced and helped me obtain insurance for my vehicle before I left the dealership. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Super friendly and patient. Wow. Wow. Wow. That’s all I can say. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service! With this experience only being my second time buying a car for myself, Adam, Matt and sadly I cannot remember the gentleman who also assisted us in the finance department, made it seamless. The same friendly smile I was welcomed with was carried through the whole process. No question or request was denied. It felt like everyone I spoke to was a long time friend. They explained the whole process to me and walked me through questions every step of the way. I even got live updates through text from Adam which made me feel prioritized and supported the whole way through. Within a few hours I got my dream Bronco at an amazing price. I want to personally thank Mike, the General Manager at Drivers Mart, for doing such a wonderful job taking care of me. I recently purchased my Chrysler Pacifica, and when I had a small issue come up, Mike stepped in and handled it quickly and professionally. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and that I was completely satisfied. It meant a lot to see how much he cares about his customers even after the sale is done.
